Limited 2-Year Warranty for Framed Paintings

This warranty covers framed paintings purchased directly from Art by Maudsch BV and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

   We warrant that the framed paintings you purchase from Art by Maudsch BV will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

  1. What Is Covered:

   This warranty covers the wooden frames and the integrity of the paintings themselves. It guarantees that they will remain in good condition and free from manufacturing defects under normal use and care.

  1. What Is Not Covered:

   This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:

  1. Accidental damage, abuse, or misuse.
  2. Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  3. Exposure to extreme environmental conditions (e.g., excessive humidity, direct sunlight).
  4. Natural variations in the wood, including minor knots, grain patterns, and color variations, as these are characteristics of real wood and not considered defects.
  1. Warranty Claims:

   To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase from Art by Maudsch BV. Please contact our customer service department at info@artbymaudsch.com to initiate a warranty claim. We may require you to send photographs of the issue for assessment.

  1. Resolution Options:

   If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Art by Maudsch BV will, at our discretion, either:

  1. Repair the framed painting or frame.
  2. Replace the defective part.
  3. Provide you with a store credit or a refund.
  1. Limitations:

   Our liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the framed painting. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

  1. Transferability:

   This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the framed painting.

  1. Statutory Rights:

   This warranty is in addition to any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable laws. Your rights may vary from state to state or country to country.

  1. Warranty Duration:
